This is the original version of as444's terms and conditions, published in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a translated version, the Bengali version shall prevail. Each member is personally responsible for complying with these terms.

To register at as444, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• All information provided — name, date of birth, mobile number, and email — must be completely accurate.
• Only one account is allowed per person. If multiple accounts are detected sharing the same IP address, device, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Accounts must be operated by and for the registered member only — not on behalf of any third party.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your own account. You should never share or give your password to anyone.

AS444 may request a national ID, passport, or other documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. If the required documents are not submitted, AS444 reserves the right to restrict or suspend the account.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• You must always use a mobile banking account registered in your own name when making a deposit.

• As444 typically processes withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes, though VIP members may experience faster processing times.
• If fraud is suspected, as444 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.

If a withdrawal fails for any reason, the funds will be returned to your as444 wallet. In that case, please contact support with the transaction ID.

Bonuses and promotional offers at AS444 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus applies to new members only and is valid on their first deposit.
• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement — typically 15× to 30× the combined bonus and deposit amount.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be used for placing bets.
• If a bonus is not used within the designated time frame after being claimed, it will expire automatically.
• Only one bonus applies per deposit — multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously.
• If bonus abuse or exploitation of loopholes is detected, AS444 may cancel the bonus and place the account under review.

The following rules apply to all members using AS444's betting and gaming services:

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, where a cash-out option is available in a specific market, members may use that feature.
• AS444 reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds — in such cases, the full stake will be refunded.
• If lines close before a match begins, in-play betting may not be available.
• Every spin or round in slots and casino games is entirely random — AS444 does not control outcomes and has no means to do so.
• There may be technical delays in live streams or scores — this has no effect on betting outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AS444. Any account found in violation will be permanently closed:

• Running multiple accounts under the same person's identity.
• Registering with false information in order to claim a bonus.

• Exploiting technical glitches or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Unauthorized attempts to access another member's account.

AS444 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• A breach of terms and conditions has occurred.
• Failure to submit the required documents during KYC verification.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• The member has submitted a self-exclusion request.
• Due to legal obligations or regulatory directives.

If an account is closed, any verified balance will be refunded; however, bonus balances will be voided. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during any suspension period.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support — the process will be completed within 48 hours.
